Human Resource System Audit

Because legislation and employment trends change and you want to maintain a stable and productive workforce, it's important to invest in a regular independent review of your HR systems, policies and practices. Remuneration benchmarking report

DiSC Personal Profile System

The DiSC Personal Profile System is a tool to measure behaviour and provide a non-judgemental language for exploring behavioural issues across four dimensions relating to an employee's decisiveness, their influence on others, sympathy and conscientiousness. Our advisors can assist organisations improve internal communication and develop more effective managers and teams, whilst ease frustrations and conflict through the facilitation of this Profile System.

The results will allow managers and supervisors to become more adaptable as they will understand the impact their behaviour has on their direct reports, and learn to relate to the different communication and motivational needs of the people working for them. Team members will also become more effective as they will be able to realise the benefits of the strengths of their fellow team members, whilst learn to adapt the way they communicate with each other. Representation and defence of claims

Service retainer and hourly consulting
