The Safety Leader Workshop
Changing the way you think about safety
Breaking through the plateau and achieving zero harm can not be achieved simply through legislative compliance or management systems. Safety excellence can only be achieved when there is a safety culture where safety is valued by every member of the organisation.
Leaders create culture by what they do, how they behave and what they get involved in. The safety behaviours of workers are influenced by the behaviours and attitudes of their leaders.
The Safety Leader program provides leaders with powerful tools to achieve significant and sustained cultural change in their organisation. This is not a seminar which simply explores leadership and change theory, instead, this interactive and confronting program will challenge leaders' own safety attitudes and thinking and empower them to make a change in the way they think about and lead safety.
Prior to the workshop
Each participant will complete a safety attitude survey to assist them to better understand their own safety attitudes.

The advantage of the public course is that participants can benchmark and share ideas with other organisations and can develop invaluable network contacts.
