Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management)

Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland offers employers access to the nationally-recognised Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) BSB40807 training program.

Frontline Management offers participants the flexibility of completing the total qualification or as single course units. Generally this certificate requires 12 months to complete, at a rate of one unit per month, but participants can fast-track their qualification if they wish.

  • Development of your managers so that they can help your organisation to grow.
  • You may be entitled to receive Commonwealth Government initiatives. (Please contact your nearest Queensland Apprenticeship Services for further information.)
  • You may be entitled to Payroll Tax Exemptions on any employee undertaking the training.

The MCQ Group

The MCQ Group has contracted with Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland to supply training to the companies foremen. At present we have eight foremen and leading hands undertaking
the Certificate IV in Business - Frontline Management.

Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland has made it particularly easy for us to organise this course by
providing all the necessary documentation and paperwork as well as introducing the
participants to the course.

In spite of having had little or no formal training and no classroom experience for a
number of years, all participants are enjoying the course and actively participating in the
practical and theoretical aspects. This is a credit to the standard of the training provided by Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland.

We are extremely pleased with the results and will have no hesitation in using the services of Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland to provide further training as the need arises.

We would like to thank the team at Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland for their
professionalism and attention to detail which has helped made this course such a
success."
