The Safety Leader Workshop

Safety Leadership crash test dummyBreaking through the plateau and achieving zero harm can not be achieved simply through legislative compliance or management systems. Safety excellence can only be achieved when there is a safety culture where safety is valued by every member of the organisation.

The Safety Leader program provides leaders with powerful tools to achieve significant and sustained cultural change in their organisation. This is not a seminar which simply explores leadership and change theory, instead, this interactive and confronting program will challenge leaders' own safety attitudes and thinking and empower them to make a change in the way they think about and lead safety. > Find out more

Move Safe - It's your body

Move Safe - It's your bodyThe Move Safe training program is a highly interactive and practical manual task training program tailored specifically to the needs of the workplace.

Wherever workers perform jobs containing risks from manual tasks, the employer has a legal requirement to provide training to those workers. Strain/sprain injuries are the single most frequent injury type in Queensland workplaces and are becoming more frequent.

This course will not only meet the employer's legal obligations to provide manual task training to workers, but will also reduce the frequency and severity of strain/sprain injuries experienced by workers. > Find out more
