We know business. In particular, we know the needs of Queensland businesses.

Since 1868, we’ve advocated on behalf of Queensland businesses to all levels of government. We are professional, knowledgeable and consistent in our efforts to ensure we create the best environment possible for businesses to succeed.

We listen to businesses every day – and that means we know the issues that concern employers.

CCIQ engages with the business community, lodges submissions, petitions and lobbies government, and debates business issues in the mainstream news media.

Law: We work collaboratively with clients to ensure that business problems (legal or operational) are resolved quickly and cost effectively, with the client's needs as our focus. The Employer Assistance Line is a free service we offer CCIQ members needing assistance on industrial relations, HR and award interpretation.
International Trade: Our local and in-market trade consultants will connect you to international networks, provide the latest market and industry information, and work to achieve you global business objectives. Our TradeStart adviser delivers Austrade services to members, accessing Austrade's worldwide resources and systems.
Sustainability: We work with businesses to enhance profitability through sustainable use of energy, water and waste.
Consulting: We support businesses to expand and improve their performance with the help of highly skilled and experienced business advisors. This includes the Enterprise Connect program.
