Implementing industrial relations policies and procedures is a key factor in reducing conflict and issues within the workplace.
This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to represent an organisation or employer with industrial relations matters in the workplace by teaching you to implement and communicate IR policies to meet statutory and legislative requirements.
Participants will also learn how to provide assistance to deal with industrial relations conflicts and issues that may arise through working with managers and employees to resolve grievances to reduce the occurrence of future conflict, creating a more harmonious industrial relations climate.
This course can be used as credit towards a Nationally Recognised Training qualification.
