Meet the CCIQ Regional Manager for the Gold Coast, Troy Cush

CCIQ members on the Gold Coast now have a direct contact to help them get the most from their membership.

Troy Cush is the Gold Coast’s Regional Manager and will drive CCIQ to enhance its core function of supporting and speaking up for small-to-medium business.

As one of the newest members to the CCIQ team, Troy leverages his membership, business development, advocacy, relationship management and leadership expertise to benefit the Gold Coast CCIQ members.

Troy has a Bachelor of Business and broad experience across the private, public and not for profit sectors. His experience in business is outshone only by his passion for being a strong advocate for his members.

Troy has valuable experience from the public and private sectors and comes to CCIQ with a true insight into the business climate in Queensland.

For 7 years Troy has worked with various industry associations and will use that experience to ensure members make the most of their investment in CCIQ.

Troy said, “CCIQ is a truly invaluable resource for any business and it is my role to help our members take advantage of the services, products and knowledge that are on offer."

“CCIQ has experienced some big changes recently. We’ve refocussed our efforts away from business services, towards giving a stronger voice to business in Queensland and providing as much value as possible to our members.

"My appointment is part of this strategy; it’s my responsibility to keep regular contact with CCIQ members, making sure they get an edge from relevant industry information and take advantage of all the benefits available to them.

“I want to hear from our members about issues which hold their business back, especially if they can suggest solutions for CCIQ to propose to the State and Federal Governments.”
