The Fair Work Act - How will it impact your business?

The Fair Work Act, which became law on 1 July 2009, is the second major overhaul to workplace relations in Australia.
As an employer these changes will significantly impact how you approach developing awards, collective bargaining, union involvement and your obligations under unfair dismissal laws.
From August to December 2009, Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland will be conducting free information sessions around the state on a range of aspects of the legislation, including:

- Enterprise Agreements Information Sessions
- Unfair Dismissal Information Seminars
