Galaxy Poll finds majority of voters in Independents' seats want mining tax dropped; believe it will hit jobs
A new Galaxy poll of voters conducted in the electorates of Kennedy, New England and Lyne on behalf of Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland (CCIQ), has found that more people are against the mining tax and are concerned it will have a negative impact on jobs and investment, further it confirms an underlying preference for their elected Independent MPs to endorse a Coalition government.
