Free seminars - Introduction of provisional improvement notices and Queensland compliance and enforcement policy

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland is offering free seminars on the introduction of provisional improvement notices and the Queensland compliance and enforcement policy for workplace health and safety, electrical safety and dangerous goods.
Workplace health safety representatives will be able to issue a provisional improvement notice (PIN) in their own workplace under new Queensland laws. The seminar will cover everything you need to know about PINs as an employer, worker or representative.
The seminar will also cover Queensland's new compliance and enforcement policy. This policy applies to all workplace health and safety, electrical safety and dangerous goods enforcement and compliance activities. The policy sets out broadly how decisions on compliance and enforcement are made.
