Safe Work Australia Week 2008 - 19 to 25 October

For most people, the most treasured moments of their lives happen outside of work, which is why it's so important to come home safely.

A workplace injury not only costs business money in workplace disruption, reduced productivity and the cost of re-hiring and training but it also affects injured workers' well being by restricting their usual home and leisure activities.

Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland, in conjunction with Workplace Health & Safety Queensland, has held Safe Work Australia Week events across Queensland. Presentations from our highly qualified and experienced workplace health and safety experts are now available.
