We represent and advocate for business and community leaders in North Queensland who view regional infrastructure as the key function to facilitating future economic growth and development.

Providing leadership and management through our North Queensland office is Karen Seal. Karen worked in a marketing capacity for many north Queensland businesses before entering recruitment. Within that field, she developed a passion for seeing Australians upskilled and developed significant knowledge about the training and apprenticeship sector.

During her career in recruitment, she delivered nationally recognised results for diverse organisations, while managing more than 90 staff at 13 sites from Gladstone to the Cape and as far afield as Darwin.
Karen sits on several business steering committees while also working closely with local chambers, government departments, local businesses and state and national training organisations.
Her passion is to help businesses to grow in the north and to skill their workforces for the future.

North Queensland has one of Australia’s strongest and most diverse economies, with industry sectors including mining, manufacturing, defence, construction and tourism.
With the Townsville population growing solidly, our role is to keep pace with change and the growing needs of local businesses.
