1a Local chamber and CCIQ Queensland affiliation
For as little as $250 a year, local chambers can formally affiliate themselves with us. Once you’ve downloaded and completed the form, please forward it with payment to Advocacy at 375 Wickham Tce, Brisbane, 4000. Local chamber / CCIQ affiliation form (PDF)

4 Incorporating a chamber
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General hosts a number of useful forms regarding incorporating a local chamber and responsibilities. CCIQ works with the department to approve applications from local chambers. Though incorporated bodies have a responsibility to provide financial information to the department on an annual basis, CCIQ strongly recommends incorporation. Incorporated Association Forms
