Our South West regional office is in Toowoomba and serves the businesses of south Burnett, Lockyer Valley, Darling Downs and South West Queensland. We offer priority services in industrial relations, workplace information and training advice and are only a phone call away from our members.

Local people manage our office, each with a genuine understanding of the requirements and challenges facing business owners and operators across the region. We specialise in business and workplace health and safety training at all levels, with availability of upgrading qualifications to certificate IV and diploma level. Our regional office is also a regional certification body for the skilled migration program.

We’re affiliated with most local chambers and business organisations across the South West, and we take issues or concerns arising from those local chambers to higher levels of representation.
