Members

We are Queensland’s largest business and employer group, representing businesses of all sizes across the state.

Our members range from start-up businesses seeking basic compliance information to growing and mature companies of all sizes.

The majority of our members are small to medium-sized businesses. Presently, 60 per cent of our members have less than 20 employees, with another 20 per cent between 20 and 49 employees. The remaining 20 per cent includes businesses with more than 200 staff in Queensland alone.

Because our membership base is broad, we also understand and represent a wide array of industries. You’ll find in our member base significant players in the mining, manufacturing, health, retail, construction, education and service industries, to name a few.

We also work directly with thousands of customers across all business sizes and industries to deliver our training and consulting services.

We serve all of Queensland, with eight regional offices across the state offering targeted services specific to the needs of that region, such as HR consulting or corporate facilities.
