We are recognised as specialists in Occupational Health and Safety and have one of the largest practices in the State. The strength of our OH&S practice is a combination of three key factors: legal expertise, practical workplace experience and effective risk management.
 
Our Industrial Relations and Employment ream have extensive experience in advising on all issues that affect workforces. They always aim to provide solutions to the issues at hand, their advice is practical, timely and cost effective. 
 
Within our Commercial and Corporate Law practice, we advise on contracts or purchasing, selling and closing a business, partnership, franchise or company, as well as relevant legislative obligations and entitlements.
