Business Chamber Queensland is dedicated to the advocacy of better mental health management and resources for all Queensland businesses. It follows direct insight, Pulse survey data, feedback and information gathered from businesses and chambers.

The Future of Work report further highlights mental health and wellbeing is the most significant predicted issue to impact on the future of work life in Queensland with more than half of businesses surveyed indicating it would have moderate or critical impacts on their operations long-term. More than 60% of businesses added mental health and wellbeing among their staff was a top priority for a positive work life long term.

With this growing awareness, more information and tools are now at the disposal of business owners, but Business Chamber Queensland still remains a strong ally pushing for more business help.

Business resources and support available :

Small business wellness coaches

Wellness coaches help small business owners with unique and personal business challenges, needs and opportunities in a free one-on-one, supportive environment.

Wellness coaches are available to work with you or any of your family members who are employed in your business.

A coach can help you find the right service available and also refer you to a specialist service provider for support to reduce stress, improve wellbeing and provide flexible business support.

The coaches will work with the Rural, Small Business and Tourism Financial Counsellors Network across Queensland to work with you and your business.
