Building Boardroom Diversity

Business Chamber Queensland, in partnership with BDO, would like you to join us for an important discussion on Board diversity with your fellow Directors and Executives.

Encouragingly, the Australian Institute of Company Director's research shows that female appointments to the directorship of ASX 200 boards continue to increase over the 2022 year, bringing the proportion of female directors to 35.7 per cent in the ASX 200 and 34.9 per cent in the ASX 300.

However, at the end of November 2022, women account for only around 10 per cent of all ASX 200 and 300 chair roles.

Hear from our expert panelists, moderated by Business Chamber Queensland's CEO Heidi Cooper, and join the conversation on how Boards can practically build on this trend toward greater diversity.
