Did you hear the news? Workforce Evolve is now live!

Today the Business Chamber Queensland Workforce Evolve team, CEO Heidi Cooper and the Honourable Di Farmer, Minister for Employment and Small Business, Minister for Training and Skills Development and Minister for Youth Justice officially launched Workforce Evolve at local business, Norman Park Sports and Community Club.

We’ve been working on the Workforce Evolve program for a long time and we're really excited to be able share all the details with you, Queensland business.

“Diversifying our workforce is key to addressing workforce challenges and will help those who face employment barriers to find work and this program helps do that by providing employers with the right information they need to bring fresh and innovative thinking to their workplaces,” Minister Farmer said.

Workforce Evolve is a free online learning program designed to provide employers with the tools and resources to access diverse groups of jobseekers by taking an inclusive approach toward recruitment, retention, and management within your workplace.

There are 6 modules available on demand via an online learning platform which includes multimodal learning bites such as short webinars, interactive text, downloadable resources, and templates. Your progress is book marked allowing for you pick up where you left off. You can also revisit any module or resources at any time for the duration of the program.

In addition to online learning, participants will be able to book in 1 hour of free individual coaching with a Workforce Coach for every module you complete. The coaching session can be used to get further help with the module concepts, course materials or seek further information and resources on specific topics.

The Workforce Coaches can also identify opportunities to connect employers with our network of Referral Partners for ongoing support. Workforce Evolve Referral Partners are established organisations with programs, information, and resources to support businesses in increasing workforce participation of specific diverse groups.
