Workforce Evolve is a free program designed to assist employers think differently about who they hire and how to retain them.

Learn on demand: choose your learning pathway from our 6 flexible online modules to gain skills in workforce planning, attracting the right candidates, supporting diversity in the workplace, change management and much more! Our modules provide you the flexibility to select those most relevant to you AND include a selection of free downloadable resources to assist you to identify what you need and how to implement these new approaches into your workplace.

You will have access all 6 modules via our learning platform. We know you’re busy, so all our modules are flexible, available on demand, and broken into manageable pieces. Each module will take 45 – 60 mins to complete and is broken into bit size learning lessons.

Even if you only have 5 minutes, we have something for you! Your learning will be book marked, so when you next log in you can start where you left off.
